About ØRN

Who does ØRN Furniture work with?+

We work with furniture dealers, procurement teams, specifiers, facilities managers, interior designers and workplace consultants. We see ourselves as an extension of your team rather than just a supplier, taking a consultative approach to help you navigate specifications, lead times and logistics.

What sectors do you supply to?+

We supply commercial workspace furniture across corporate offices, education, healthcare, government and public sector, hospitality and coworking environments.

Where are you based and do you have a showroom?+

Yes. We have two locations: our head office in Banbury (Unit 5, Eagle House, 5 Beaumont Rd, OX16 1RH) and a London showroom at 96–98 Clerkenwell Road, EC1M 5RJ, in the heart of the design district.

Products & Range

What product categories does ØRN offer?+

The range covers eight main categories: Tables, Soft Seating, Chairs & Stools, Task Chairs, Booths, Workstations, Zoning & Storage and Outdoor.

What are some of the specific ranges available?+

Named ranges include Kobel (table range with metal and wooden frames), Loria (meeting and conference tables), Axiom (poseur, laptop and bistro tables), Tower (modular storage with interchangeable boxes), Twyst (distinctive twisted steel table range), Vyo (sofa range for breakout areas) and Konnect (grid-based shelving for zoning).

Can products be customised in terms of size, finish and configuration?+

Yes. We offer multiple sizes, finish options for metal, wood and tabletops, plus upholstery and fabric choices as part of specification.

Do you supply furniture suitable for acoustics and workplace zoning?+

Yes. Konnect is designed for zoning, while our booth ranges such as Converse and Plats provide acoustic privacy. We can also advise on fabric, texture and material choices that contribute to acoustic performance.

Where are products manufactured?+

Mainly in the UK, but we source responsibly from outside the UK where doing so provides competitive pricing, high quality or other product benefits.

Are any products FSC-certified?+

Most of our tabletops and wooden furniture components are either FSC-certified as standard or available on request.

Design Resources & Specification

Where can I download CAD files, spec sheets or product data?+

CAD files and spec sheets are available on the Resources page or from within any individual product page.

Can I request fabric or finish samples before committing to an order?+

Yes. Samples are available on a case-by-case basis and may be free depending on the value we feel this adds to the project. Contact the team to discuss.

How long does it take to receive samples?+

This depends on the product and whether it is stocked. For the best estimate, ask when you place your sample request.

Do you offer 2D/3D space planning or scene rendering?+

Yes. We offer 2D/3D space planning and scene rendering to help you visualise a workspace before orders are placed. Contact the team to discuss your project.

How do you approach the specification process?+

We take a consultative approach. Before recommending anything, we understand the space, use, budget and timeline. We then provide what each stakeholder needs, CAD files and visuals for designers, spec sheets and pricing for procurement teams, to keep projects moving without unnecessary back-and-forth.

How does fabric choice affect a workplace specification?+

Colour establishes emotional tone; texture signals formality or approachability; pattern affects energy levels; material communicates organisational values; and finish changes how light interacts with furniture. We advise specifying fabric not just for day-one appearance but for how it performs psychologically over months and years.

What power and data integration options are available with furniture?+

A range of power and data integration options are available. Visit the Power & Data page under Products for an overview, or contact the team for detailed specifications.

Pricing & Commercial Terms

Is pricing transparent?+

Yes. We commit to clear pricing from the start with no hidden extras, making comparisons easier and avoiding time-consuming back-and-forth.

Are price lists or trade pricing available online?+

Price lists are shown at RRP; trade pricing is available on a discount structure. Contact the sales team for a copy of the current price list.

Do you offer volume discounts for large projects?+

Yes. We offer tiered pricing on a range of products for larger orders.

Are there minimum order quantities?+

No, there are no minimum order quantities.

How quickly can I get a quote?+

Quotes are turned around within hours, not days. Procurement decisions move fast, and waiting days for a quote isn’t an option.

Can you suggest alternatives if a specified product doesn’t fit the budget or is unavailable?+

Yes. We suggest workable alternatives that keep the project on track when specs shift or budgets change.

Do you have a full product catalogue available to download?+

Contact the sales team for a copy of the current catalogue.

How reliable are your lead times?+

What are the actual lead times by product range or category?+
