Specifying meeting tables
A guide for specifiers and buyers
Configurable meeting tables for every workspace
From compact four-person meeting-room tables to full boardroom and conference settings, our tables scale to the room. Tops are available in a range of shapes, round and square for informal huddles, rectangular and boat-shaped for boardrooms, and modular gantry configurations for larger conference layouts. Bases range from four-leg and A-frame to panel and beam legs, each finished to coordinate with the rest of your scheme.
Integrated power, data and cable management
Meeting and boardroom tables can be specified with integrated power and data modules, flip-up or pop-up units and discreet cable routing through the frame, so devices stay charged and rooms stay tidy. Tell us the room layout and we will help you position power to suit the way the space is used.
Finishes, sizes and specification
Tops are offered in real-wood veneers, laminates and MFC finishes, with powder-coated or polished metal frames, and the same palette can be coordinated across seating and storage in the room. Each product page carries dimensions, finish options, list pricing and, where available, CAD and BIM downloads for space planning. Physical finish samples can be requested for specification boards.
FAQs
Common questions
What shapes and sizes of meeting table are available?
Meeting tables are available in round, square, rectangular, barrel and boat-shaped tops across a wide range of sizes, from small meeting-room tables to large boardroom and conference layouts. Sizes and seating capacities are shown on each product page.
Can meeting tables include integrated power and data?
Yes. Most ranges can be specified with integrated power, data and USB modules with cable management routed through the frame. Let us know your room layout and we will help position power correctly.
How many people should a boardroom table seat?
As a guide, allow around 600–750mm of table edge per person. Product pages list typical seating capacities, and our team can advise on the right size for your room dimensions and circulation space.
Are CAD and BIM files available for meeting tables?
Technical drawings, CAD files and Revit / BIM files are available across many ranges to support space planning and procurement. See the downloads on each product page or ask our team.
Can finishes be coordinated with other furniture in the room?
Yes. Tops, frames and finishes can be coordinated across meeting tables, seating and storage so a whole room reads as one considered scheme. Request finish samples for your specification board.
